ISANS - TSNS COLLABARATION🤝
📣As Turkish Society of NS we have taken action to welcome and support integration of the new members into our community. In collaboration with ISANS – Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia, we would like to introduce their services to both our newcomers and wider immigrant community.
Our goal is to increase accessibility of information for all newcomers to the full range of government-funded settlement and newcomer services available.
👫WHO are eligible?
Here are groups eligible for various services with ISANS:
- Permanent residents
- Refugee Claimants
- Temporary Foreign Workers (TS-2023 holders)
- International Student graduates
📝HOW to start?
Here are steps you need to follow and brief outline of services available with the TS-2023 visa:
Step 1- Register at Start Your Journey with ISANS and upload your immigration document.
Step 2- Complete your language assessment following registration
*Even if you have issues with language skills at the start, our partners at ISANS ensure there are jobs available for every level of English!
WHAT are eligible services ?
🗣️Language Support Services
Based on your language skill and the area that you are willing to work you might be eligible for further language classes like; Private tutor, Conversation classes, library language (refugee's have different eligibility)
💼 Employment Support Services
According to your field of study, the Employment and Bridging team can offer the following:
Bridge to work program (offers safety training, job search workshops and job development for entry level jobs) – if interested in working in construction and the service industry (lower language levels)
Employment counselling and Job search support - prepare your resume, cover letter, interview prep, speed interviewing, networking and many more)
If your language level is higher, CLB level 5+, you will have access to bridging programs in accounting/finance, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and dentists (clinical skills program and preparation for licensure exams)
Starting your own Business Services support- Business Training and Business Counselling services
PS: If you are receiving service from a different organization do not hesitate to approach ISANS as they are solely dedicated to Newcomers and Immigrants!

📣Turkish Society of NS olarak topluluğumuza yeni katılan üyelerimizi karşılamak ve entegrasyonlarını desteklemek üzere harekete geçtik. ISANS - Nova Scotia Göçmen Hizmetleri Derneği’nin hizmetlerini hem yeni gelenlere hem de daha geniş göçmen topluluğumuza tanıtmak için işbirliği yaptık.
Amacımız, tüm yeni gelenler için devlet ve farklı kuruluşlar tarafından finanse edilen hizmetler ile ilgili bilgiye erişilebilirliği artırmak!

ISANS'ın çeşitli hizmetlerinden yararlanabilecek gruplar:
- Kalıcı Oturumu olanlar
- İltica etmiş olanlar
- Geçici Çalışma İzni sahipleri(TS-2023 sahipleri)
- Uluslararası Öğrenci olarak mezun olanlar
📝NEREDEN BAŞLAYACAKSINIZ?
TS-2023 Open Work Permit (OWP) sahibi iseniz, izlemeniz gereken adımlar ve sunulan hizmetlerin kısa bir özeti:
1. ADIM- Start Your Journey with ISANS adresinden kayıt olun ve göçmenlik belgenizi (OWP belgesi gibi) yükleyin.
2.ADIM- Kayıttan sonra en kısa sürede dil seviyesi belirleme testine girin(ISANS tarafından yapılan)
*Yeni gelen olarak dil ile ilgili sorunlarınız olsa bile, ISANS gorevlileri her İngilizce seviyesi için uygun işin mevcut olduğunu belirttiler!
ISANS Entegrasyon hizmetleri- NELERİ KAPSAR?
🗣️Dil Destek Hizmetleri
İngilizce derslerine katilamasaniz dahi, dil becerinize ve çalışmak istediğiniz alana bağlı olarak; Özel öğretmen, Konuşma dersleri, kütüphane dersleri gibi daha ileri dil kursları için uygun olabilirsiniz. (Mültecilerin farklı uygunlukları vardır)
💼İş Bulma Desteği
Çalışma alanınıza göre, Isans- Employment and Bridging (İş bulma ve Entegrasyon) ekibinin sağladığı servis detayları:
Entegrasyon (işe köprü) programı: Güvenlik eğitimi, iş arama atölyeleri ve giriş seviyesi işler için iş geliştirme sunar. İnşaat, hizmet gibi sektörlerde çalışmak için daha düşük dil seviyeleri gerekir.
İş bulma konusunda danışmanlık ve iş arama desteği - özgeçmiş ve önyazı hazırlama, mülakata hazırlık, network gibi hizmetler.
Dil seviyeniz daha yüksekse (CLB seviye 5+) muhasebe/finans, eczacılar, doktorlar, hemşireler ve diş hekimleri için köprü programlarına erişiminiz olacaktır (klinik beceri programı ve lisans sınavlarına hazırlık)
Kendi İşinizi Kurma Hizmetleri desteği - İş Eğitimi ve İş Danışmanlığı hizmetleri
**Eğer farklı bir kuruluştan hizmet alıyorsanız, aynı zamanda ISANS'a başvurmaktan çekinmeyin, çünkü ISANS sadece “Yeni Gelenlere ve Göçmenlere” hizmet veren bir kuruluş olarak amacı sizlere hizmet !
